Hey,<div></div><div>I'm thinking of setting up a 2nd account to make leveling a bit more interesting, but I'd rather run both instances on my main computer so the 2nd character would ideally play a more or less completely passive role. That said, I'd appreciate some info on the following 2 questions:</div><div></div><div>1. Between an illusionist and a troubador, who will provide more benefit to a Wizard or Necro? The troub/illusionist would be mostly just on follow but would still be used for the occasional mezz. Illusionist would also have the passive benefit of pet dps.</div><div></div><div>2. I was thinking of using a necro as the main caster, but is there another caster that would produce more synergy with an illu/troub? I'm looking for a duo that would be able to cope with as much content as possible, as the low level population on my server isn't that great, and it's been quite difficult to find people to tackle the various tough quests you pick up across the zones.</div><div></div><div></div><div>any input appreciated!</div><div></div>

Enchanter + mage My fav group is my coercer/wiz/lock group. Use the coercer as the "main" since control is life here. The mage is just a nother pet there to let you kill faster. The enchanter roots always seem to hold better than the mages and enchanters can stun lock mobs.

Troubie has runspeed increase and evac, both of which can be very handy. Troubies also have a health song which, while not enough to keep you alive in battle, can shorten the down time between battles.I carried my boyfriend's troubie around at times when he would fall asleep at the keyboard while duoing with my coercer.

So a mage over a summoner when grouped with a trouby/enchanter? I'd have guessed that the summoner pet offers up a few more options when attempting harder content
