It took me a bit to remember that reach extends auto-attack fairly far, and was why my mez kept breaking when I got adds. I was in a place I really had no right to be in solo. But Hey! A swashy has to find things to keep themselves entertained. A little adrenaline from a sticky situation is a good thing. I think swashys are the only true thief in the game. We can go nearly anywhere to "steal" the update. Just be sure to watch your extra reach, with hurricane, when mezing. I guess it is probably best to leave hurricane off unless you are *purposely* fighting multiple mobs.So that got me wondering: How many of you leave hurricane off, and only turn on when fighting multi's?Do you leave it on when in groups?

I generally leave it on unless I have a good reason not too, such as Sandstorm or the Sisters in Maidens if we have a mezzer in the group.

Hurricane does not break mez anymore. My guess is you had to either have targeted the mob directly or been using a DoT poison or weapon that affected the mob prior to mezzing.*** Combat ***

Killing an encounter with a member charmed will no longer cause the Heroic Opportunity to be stuck.

AE auto attack skills like Hurricane or Surrounding Attacks will no longer hit mezzed mobs.

An issue causing players to get stuck in combat when you charmed an NPC with a pet has been resolved.

Players that get charmed will now have their innate achievement buffs returned to the appropriate values.

From:http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=253157

Oh, that is good news for me. I did not know since I have been away so long. I wonder what was breaking it then? I had caustic poison, and had manually turned off auto-attack. *shrug* I had problems with it a few times after the death too. But at least in most cases, I can keep hurricane on now.
