Balanced Ubiquity Question

<p>Balanced Ubiquity which gives the caster a 3% chance to riposte incoming attacks; can you use one on your primary and secondary weapon and have them stack to get 6% riposte?  Thx!</p>

Been a while but just reposting to see if anyone knows.  Won't do it till I get my mythical but sounds like an interesting idea.  Thanks!

<p>It only goes on slashing weapons, so you can't do it on your mythical.   </p><p>  But yes the effects will stack if you have 2 slashers.  For your mythical go with the vampiric pith.  </p>
