Downloading the additional character models

Hello,I installed the game about a week ago, and I unchecked the option to download additional character models, thinking I'd check them out later. Now I can't figure out how to download them. Every class has a normal look and an alternate. These are done under the in game options. Iirc click options and its one of the last selections saying something along the lines of "Alternate Models". Sorry if this isn't exact but I am not currently running the game.
