EQ2 Crashes After Character Selection Part 2

Part 1- <a rel="nofollow" href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?start=15&topic_id=421077" target="_blank">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=421077</a>TSRDanielH kindly checked my login information for me and unfortunately my problem was not the login issue.He asked me to try to bypass any firewall or routers and try that.  I  directly connected the machines to the DSL modem and turned off firewalls, this resulted in no change to the symptom of crashing after character selection.Also, the machines here can successfully launch other Sony products such as Vanguard while behind the configured router.Daniel instructed me to post my connection information in a new post, so they will follow after this post.

Well, these look fine to me.  Any other information you need or ideas?

Has TSR DanH logged into your account yet to test it out?  I know he has searched for a corruption issue but could not find anything on the account.Is this happening on all characters or 1 in particular?What zone is the character(s) in?

I haven't systematically checked all characters on both accounts, but it is affecting at least 2 characters on 1 and 1 character on the other.Daniel did say that my accounts weren't suffering from the login rejected problem, but I haven't heard anything else.Going to go through and test all the characters on the accounts now.UPDATE #1Characters on first account are in the zones: Greater Faydark, Nettleville, Big Bend, Castleview Hamlet, Thundering Steppes and Longshadow Alley.None of them work, they all crash after hitting Play at the character selection.UPDATE #2Characters on second account are in the zones: North Freeport, Castleview Hamlet, Longshadow Alley, Queen's Colony, Nettleville, and Tenebrous TangleNone of them work, they all crash after hitting Play at the character selection.All characters are on the Mistmoore server.
