Game Crash

Every time my Launcher manages to stop downloading updates and i press the "Play" button, it says processing login and then the client crashes. Doesn't give me an error message, it just goes away.

I'm pretty sure i let my firewall to allow EQ2 files when i most recently installed EQ2 and the firewall asked me if i want to allow SOE info to be allowed and clicked yes.Not running Vista, on XP. Only other info i can think of to give you is my Dxdiag info. And thats a really long text document, so if you need that, let me know which parts.

And thats a really long text document, so if you need that, let me know which parts.</blockquote><p>If you have a firewall you will probably want to remove the game/launchpad from the firewall's exception list.  Once you've done so, go ahead and add it back on.  This should correct the issue if the firewall is blocking the application.</p><p>If the problem persists at that point we will probably need to get your dxdiag/msinfo results.  The post linked above will state which sections we need in the instructions.</p>
