I can't log in to the Character server

I know it's not a game problem, because I can't log into any other games (AoC) either.  I can still use firefox, outlook etc. I can even log into the update servers, just not the character servers....  anyone have any ideas?  let me know if I need to post any info about my computer & I will get it here ASAP

Firewall perhaps?  Have you added the necessary files to play the games to it?

I actually turned the firewall off & tried, no luck.

Actually, I wouldn't suggest turning it off, just adding the necessary files to it to be honest.

Nevermind,  I wiped my HD and did a clean install........
