Going from Exile back to your starting city..

Quick question for you guys..Ok, Swashbuckler started in Qeynos.  Went to Exile, now curious about going back to qeynos.Will the Swash lose all his spells and abilities?

Yes, all your spells will be reset to App1 level when you move back to Qeynos
