Hello everyone. Just a quick question. I came back to the game thanks to the promo they're running. I thought I read that when you sign up for a subscription that you can then claim the rewards that comes with all the xpacs? All I have access to now is all my vet rewards, none from the xpacs. What gives?

contact customer service.  Has your account been flagged for the expansions or are you just missing the /claim items?

When you sub for 1 month you will gain RoK for free.I am not sure if that comes with all the Expansion pack items (such as the house pets and the extra Vet time) or not though.  This would probably be better asked to Customer service to be honest.Welcome Back!

I may be wrong but I think the people who have gotten their expansions (RoK etc.) free via the LL promotion, do not get the retail box claim items such as the monkey pet, frozen fingers etc.My husband has his RoK via LL and does not have all of the claim items I have, but my version of RoK was purchased.
