Today, when I heard about the invisible stuff, I was of course ecstatic, and grinded some for my Sarnak Monk right away. Imagine my great dissapointment, when I finally got my shirt and saw... an ugly piece of underwear! Why are only humans and humanoid males topless nude? Thats SO not fair!

Or is there an option or button somewhere, or is it a bug?

Any answers? =.=

Pls, this was realy depressing. *sigh*

I dont know why this has not been changed yet but I believe Sarnaks have always lacked the bare chested look they are supposed to have like the other race's males with no chest item equipped. Another issue I have noticed is that the Shroud of Everbrooding from the same event appears to not show up correctly on a Sarnak and instead appears to make the chest slot invisible also. I did how ever notice that a couple of the class hats are now working with Sarnak at least.

It has something to do with the skeletal revamp and the fact that males and females are graphically no different from each other. You're saying your male sarnak is wearing the old grunderwear shirt? It makes sense if your character is female, as that is how the armor looks on everyone else.

I mean, this rag-like "underwear" looks just so UGLY.
I could've sworn that all Sarnak were considered 'males' when it came to what graphic the game put on you (the craftable robes for example that look different depending on if you're male or female). Isn't the Sarnak Bruiser bare-chested to start no matter what gender you are?Very strange that this breastplate doesn't work like that.

I have a male sarnak warlock and he still has the torn shirt when nothing is equipped. The black robe from the tempest event also doesnt render for whatever reason but only on the sarnak.

Add one more disappointed player who spent lots of time creating colors on a new male Sarnak, only to discover that they don't show because of the annoying island castaway shirt.

I would bug this because if I remember right in Beta the Sarnak(both male and female) could go top less(wich is why the female sarnak can't wear the female cloths)
You know, I just realized why I said what I said before:Every so often, I grab somebody in the Inspect window and look to see how what they're wearing would look on me. I've encountered 'full-body' armor/clothes that cause the bare-chest look on a male Sarnak.So...is this a bug or not?

Yes, I believe so. The recent event's Shroud of Everbrooding has a similar effect on Sarnak and last i heard it is being fixed. I think the Tunic of Echoes had the same problem also. I don't understand why they still haven't fixed the whole not really topless thing yet either as it is rather glaring when not a single one of the other races have the attered shirt look.
I was told it was just a bug
