Has anyone noticed that the camera 'messes up' when getting on a mount? I only tried it on carpet and horse, but its quite annoying to not have the camera 'anchored' to your new height. However, I can get a real good close-up shot of the seat of their pants now. =p

Yeah, I got annoyed by the new mounted camera stuff as well. Supposedly it was to "fix" to shaking view point that was associated with riding a rhino. So to compensate for this, they set the camera angle higher. My main issue is now my cloak completely messes with my field of vision while mounted. (This is because I use a zoomed in view, so it accentuates the problem.) Also the mounted character occupies more of the view screen, which makes it harder to see what is around you.

I've already logged this issue in the GU 46 Feedback thread on one of the other sub-boards here. You should probably voice your complaint there as well. At this point, I've now permanently stopped riding my mounts. Unless it's changed, I'm just going to sell mine back.

Persistent mount problem pre-GU46: Camera rising upward while running on warg.New mount problem post-GU46: Horse (camera in stomach) Griffon (camera 5ft under griffon) Warg (same as before GU46).

Here also I don't like the new mount camera positioning. On my dwarves the camera stay locked in a position like if I was not mounted while I mount horse or Rhino (cannot tell for other type of mount only have those). So in outside zone I stay with a low view while I liked to have a high view while on horse so I could see a bit further and while in 3rd person I now got a bit more difficulty to see right ahead of me since my view get a nice animal torse right in middle in place of just been my head.An option to get back view in same place then your char head like in pre-LU46 would be nice. Has for the shaking while riding a rhino I never really took notice of it for me it seemed quite normal for ride any animal at high speed and I promise you will feel a bit shaken on the saddle.
