Do you have any pop up blockers? Perhaps try a different browser?

I find the new account pages to be very slow, and sometimes logs you out for no reason, or simply just wont load a page.

I liked their old system better, it was more reliable and easier to use, the new one and its flash design is just plain crap imo. sure flash is nice, but unfortunately for account related stuff it sucks.

Besides, whatever happened to building simple web applications for simple account management, i cant imagine the money they spent building a flash system thats worse then the previous version.

Greetings,

You may want to reset the security settings on your internet browser and clear out your cookies. You can do so by following the instructions below.

1) Select 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options' in your browser window2) Click "Delete Cookies" on the first tab.3) Go to the 'Security' tab4) Click on each web content zone along the top of the window and select 'Default Level' for each5) Click 'OK', close your browser window, and then reopen it before trying again

If it still doesn't let you change the security answer I would advise calling our customer service line. We should be able to get that set up for you. You can reach us at 858-537-0898.

Thanks
