Can players be pickpocked by other players on a non-pvp server?

Nope... it can only be used on mobs on PvE.

So it musta been a emote.</p><p> LOL, he got me good.</p><p>Thanx for the info though. Now I don't have to walk around always looking over my shoulder anymore, hehe.</p>
