After waiting for over 24 hours to update, i cant use my trial character?

<p>i used the trial and made a character and decided to buy the game, after over a day of waiting for it to update and im on 20mb (but it updated at like 30kb/s)</p><p>anyway i can finally login now, and it says create character!! why cant i use my trial one?</p><p>it even shows it in my launcher but i cant select it....this game is very difficult to get going for a newbie it seems??!?!</p><p>im wondering if im actually ever gonna get to play this game after i have paid for it!</p><p><img src="http://www.10100.co.uk/files/1/losingpatience.JPG" border="0" alt="" width="603" height="619" /></p>

<p>i got to use my character, i had to delete the .ini files and select English (US)</p><p>does this mean im on a american server and my character is stuck there and not on an EU one?</p>

If you had to select English (US) in order to see your character then yes, you are on a US Server. However you can also play on the 2 english euro servers by simply changing your region back and forth. In the end you can have 7 euro toons, 7 us toons and 7 Test toons if you like. (If you have a Station Access account you can have even more, but it'll cost ya.)

(If you have a Station Access account you can have even more, but it'll cost ya.)</blockquote>Yes, thats correct.  Certainly Oktober could use the character transfer service to get the character on the Euro servers, but it probably wouldn't be worth it when the character is still level 8.
