Enhance: Magis Shielding at level 80 question

Worth mentioning that +heal amounts will increase your wards on magi shielding and ward of sages.  Right now Im ending up with +175heal amount =p.  Nice for those wards lol.

Indeed, didn't notice they didn't regen without recast.  Buuut, I did just notice they do apply to my essense of health potion and cranks it to 893 =)  At last im still getting something out of my +heals, lol.
