You are missing zone information.Please run a full scan, and make sure you are using the STATION LAUNCHER, or Launchpad and not the Trial of the Fae.  If this fails, please send me your station name so I can look for any account issues.

How do I run a full scan?

You can run a full scan from the launchpad.  On the screen with the 'play' button there will also be a 'preferences' button.  Click preferences and then you will see an option to perform a full file scan.

On the patcher, go into preferences and select Full File Scan.  be sure that you have everything downloading too...*grumbles* Cant help people on forums AND in game and still beat the Techies...  lol
