SOE i need HELP plz!!!

Sometimes i'll log on, run super fast, or run superslow as well as my music scrambling... only happens once in a great while, but when it does happen, on my screen everyone is running just as fast or just as slow.... How do i FIX this, i dont wanna get reported foor something that happens when i log in..

<p>Could you give us a little more information about your computer/internet setup?  What kind of ISP are you using(cable/satelite/dsl)?  What are your general system specs(CPU/Graphics card/RAM)?  That info will help us find the source of the problem.</p><p>Thanks</p>
