I tried using the petition command, it was very tedious <div>since i had to enter a lot of uneccessarly information (like my server or player name ...  funny really).</div><div></div><div>Then i explained my problem (i bought a mount trying to link it on m guild channel ... </div><div>being naturally running a 45% i hope they will refund me after checking that my mount never got used). </div><div></div><div>I forgot one category field and them most of my stuff got lost...</div><div></div><div>Finally i ended up finishing my task, and now i got a email reply </div><div>telling me to confirm m email and redo everything. </div><div></div><div>I feel like someone facing his mobile phone hotline. </div><div></div><div>Is there a form on a web site so i cn at least safe my problem explanation in a text editor </div><div>to avoid typing 100 times?</div><div></div><div>Is there a wa to speak to a GM that can simply reply to my ve simple question ...</div><div>can the refund me since it's a UI problem :</div><div></div><div>Double click + key -> link to channel.</div><div>I set m UI to ask confirmation for any transaction above 30 golds. </div><div></div><div></div><div>Can the check that  never used the mount?</div><div></div><div></div><div>If not i will swallow it but reluctantly.</div><div></div>

There is no other way to contact a GM other then the /petition in game....You can try to do it outside the game by using the form here, but it is the same form.  They need as much info from you as possible.  When you do it in game, it usually fills all that stuff in though.<a href="http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bin/soe.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=10633" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">How do I petition an In Game <b>GM</b>?</a>

Unfortunately, they are not going to refund the mount money. You can sell your mount back to the vendor. You will lose a little money in doing so.This has happened to many people before and no doubt will happen again in the future.  A lady in my guild had this occur just a few weeks ago. The only remedy is to /petition and to keep reopening the issue and asking for higher-ranked service reps to help. In the end, a senior GM will make a final ruling. And you still won't get a refund.

<p>Sounds like you disabled the confirm for purchases over a certain amount.  Also sounds like you're carrying an awful lot of cash.</p><p>They won't refund your money.  It was user error, not a game problem, and therefore not an issue that needs any resolution.</p><p>I'd say, turn your purchase confirmation back on.</p>

NOW if i am buying from the broker it prompts me if I spend over 1 gold (i have it turned down that low seriously). I would love to set this on merchant stuff also. Not that I have run into this partiqular problem but just cause I am fairly retentive and like saying YES this is what I want.</p>
