Hi all, hoping someone here may have had teh same problem as us and can shed a little light here.

My wife and I both have EQ2 accounts (she has station access, I have 1 access and 1 normal account)

My wife's account has been running since day 1 of EQ2.

Yesterday was billing day. When my wife attempted to login she got the 'you do not have a valid subscription' message.

We went to the account webpage and tried to re-subscribe.

We tried 3 different cards (debit) each attempt was met with the 'sorry, we cannot process your payment' message.

All 3 cards have sufficient funds, all details entered are 100% correct (we have checked, checked again, checked again and continued checking!)

One of the cards is used to pay my 2 accounts and they are working fine.

I got intouch with the TSR last night, using the live chat system.

After speaking to 3 TSR's and checking everything again and again. The TSr insisted that my bank was 'hard-declining' the payments.

I contacted mybank, while still inchat with the TSR, and they confirmed thathey had NOT declined any payments and no attempts were being made to debit the account.

I was told to delete all cookies etc.. and set IE to reload every webpage every time it is visited. This didnt help.

the TSR inally told me i would need to contact the European phone helpline on 0845 6004263 between 7am and 7pm UK time today.

Well, when i phone this number i get an American message saying that the line is only open between 10am and 7pm US time.

Is there a european number??

has anyone else had this problem?

Hmm. Not sure about this one. It does sound like a glitch somewhere along the line...I found this [ACCT] Reactivating an Account. It has some EU numbers on the bottom... I wish you luck!
