All my wizardly life Ive cast ro's blade and its predecessor's on the tank, figuring it would give him more agro. But I recently read in some other thread that dps buffs should never be cast on the tank since he isnt a dps'er. Think I should be casting it on the scout instead?

its really not a uber buff..it does add a little dps but not much to make a difference.

I would say if there's a choice prob melee dps because they usually have +attack speed buffs and the more they attack the more that will proc. Usually dont run into this situation though less youre the only cloth wearer.

dps attack more, therefore Ro's blade will add more to dps on actual dps melee. It's a simple formula. But yeah, it really isn't a big deal who you cast it on because the damage it adds is going to be fairly negligible anyway. Put it on the tank if you're having serious hate issues and keep ripping aggro. Otherwise, just throw it on a scout for the added damage.

remember that Ro's blade can be cast multiple times, each cast costs one concentration slot, so you can generally have it on 3 different group members at the same time
