I can't find the new "performance display"

I hit F-11 (A lot!), I've hidden and/or made every visable window of my UI completely transparent, and this new window is no where to be found, is there a secret I do not know about? <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Are you using a Custom UI at all?  I had to unlock it on mine...

I'm not using a full package like profit or anything.I'm using some player, target/implied target addons, and clock/compass addons, exp bar, infocenter, and a custom pet wind, with eq2maps, that's about it, do i have to go into that file like I had to do to be able to see my detrimental effects window?
