Guild members have been given the permissions to see & withdraw from specific banks. When they view the guild bank, it states:

Desposits Allowed

Withdrawals Allowed

However, when they attempt to make a withdrawal, they get the following error message:

"You can't withdraw any items from the guild bank at this time"

I have tried to reset this (thinking that something was hung) by re-configuring the bank settings to be Unlimited, but this did not help.

I have tried to reset this by re-configuring the bank settings to be Limited with 100 withdrawals & this did not help.

I have toggled their permissions, on/off, again this did not help.

We've logged on/off, closed & reopen the bank vaults, but all did not work.

This is impacting members who are not using an UI mods.

I've petitioned in-game and waited for hours....but nobody has responded.

Any idea on how to fix this?

Not being a leader or officer in a guild I could not say for sure. I believe there is a changeable limit to how much people can remove in a particular amount of time.

There are limits other than those you can set. Even as guild leader there are restrictions as to the number of items I can move around within a particular time. It often happens while I'm busy cleaning out the bank that I have to stop and wait an hour or so before continuing.

However, this problem has persisted for over a week without anyone being able to withdraw anything. I am the GL & I have configured the Guild bank to allow Unlimited amounts of withdrawals as well as 100 items/per 24hout period. Yet, again, it has not worked.

Any other ideas?

Can a mod or GM or anyone help?

If you still have no response to your /petition then send another. It's strange it's taken so long, mine are always answered pretty promptly.
