I was curious about inquest tonight as I noticed after being gone for a few months that it said Inquest works with offensive spells too. I hadn't noticed this before. So I put it on the wizard in my group and I noticed my power was doing a whole lot better than itwas on the brigand. Which leads me to wonder. Does Inquest give a certain amount of power per attack made by the person it is on, or is it a percentage of the damage they are doing?

The power gain is fixed, per trigger.

The power drained from the mob, can vary, resists pending, but it bears no relevance to your power gained.

If a wizard is hitting that proc more than a rogue, it is disturbing. Any rogue in the guild I am a part of, rocks for Inquest. A good illusionist also makes a good proc target. A good brawler also does very well.

Well he did seem to be a lazy brigand, never using any stealth attacks. So maybe he was watching tv or something

Thanks for answering !

The lazy brig in question never entered stealth once the whole night which is what I meant.
