Question about a old account with toons on it that need to be moved from a gone server

My first account was inactive when the servers got merged and I have toons that the game is still saying they are on runnyeye while that server isn't open to be played on. What should I do to get them put on a server like Everfrost or whatever server?

If all else fails, contact customer service on monday during their normal hours to find out.

If I remember correctly, you need to log to the Character Select screen to see the changes and be able to log in.....  in other words, do not choose the speedy log in straight to the character....Welcome Back!

You need to select the European servers (English (EU)) in the EULA screen, and it will show up for you.
