It removes all conc requirements for the pet. But, unless you have the mythical it's same old same old.

Mythical also makes Haste a one conc group wide buff and adds double attack to it.

Wow, nice item! Can't wait to be big enough to work toward it. Congrats to those already enjoying it.

As said, you need the mythical weapon.

In raids it'll make you gain around 400 dps which isn't uber but it's still nice. Also learn to use: /pet ranged or you'll be resummoning your pet a lot, something you'll have to do now and then anyways. Your pet has a nice amount of hp but not enough to survive aoe's from the harder fights in the game like trakanon and avatars.

Thanks for the advice.

So, do Illusionists with their epics generally invest in the AA to reduce the time to cast their pets?

I know that the mythical version of our epic is pretty far down the road for me at this point, but I'm wondering about the value of this AA.

(edited for spelling)

Ozrik 31 Illusionist Unrest

Kairos 80 Warlock Unrest (retired)

Doubtful. There are far more important places to spend your AA's for a raid Illusionist.

When I get in over my head and pet dies I just mez and recast pet and they come up all healthy and rip roaring and ready to go.I maybe don't want to have to admit how often I do this, tho.I think the mythical havers might pop a couple in it, if they were to have some left over, but doubt it is a priority.Pathetica - edited because I assume you mean the mythical weapon not epic.
