Cant download rok

Hii was playing everquest 2 since EoF... then i got the digital download for RoK.I was quitting EQ2 and got a new computer...now came the legacy offer and i want to check back. so i installed my EoF CDs.... startet eq2... checked all downloads at the preferences at launchpad...(There is no option for downloading rok files here) startet the game and my char was in kylong plains... game crashed instantly and got message that the files are missing. i checked my folders and there are no rok files yet.fullscan etc doesnt help. what to do to download rok?Help plx!

<p>Its possible that Vista is blocking your download/update of the game.  Try going through the steps listed below and let us know if the problem continues.</p><p>1. Right click on the program launch icon2. Left click on "Properties".3. In the new window that pops up click on the "Compatibility" tab.4. In the "Compatibility Mode" area check the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"5. In the drop down list make certain that "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)" is selected.6. Under "Privilege Level" make certain that the box next to "Run this program as administrator" is checked.7. Click on "Apply" then click on "Ok".8. Double click on the program launch icon.</p><p>Sometimes the Windows Vista security software can interfere with the patching progress of our games. In this situation, it might be Windows UAC (User Account Control) that is not allowing the game to patch correctly. For the purposes of security, you will only want this feature disabled for the purposes of patching and should re-enable it after the issue has been resolved. </p><p>Type msconfig in the search box on the Start Menu and press enter on your keyboard. 2.
