<p>....this has been happening for the lsat year. I can't move these files off the Desktop into the games directories as the game will stop working, but I also don't like having my desktop cluttered with game files as that eats up RAM. How can I move these files off of Desktop and into their intended directory?</p><p> <EDIT> OK, I think I've figured this out. I had the actual EQ2.exe on my desktop instead of a shortcut. I guess I dragged it out to Desktop when I went to make my shortcut again after it got corrupted. Apparently, the .exe downloads what is thinks is missing to what ever folder or location the .exe is at, in this case, the desktop, which this time seemed to be the entire game. I was looking at an almost 80 hour DL.</p><p>So I drug the EQ2.exe back into the EQ directory and started it from there, and now have only a 3 hour DL, which is much more resonable.</p>
