unrecoverable error

ok been trying to login for the day and its not let me it gives the following error below. i have reinstalled my directx several times and have done a full file scan on eq2. if anyone could help would be great heh.    everquest2 has detected an unrecoverable error and must shut down <verify> E:/live/eq2/framework/core/devices//src//directX9renderdevice.cpp (2254: directx error. (d3derr_notavailable)

With Directx errors you would want to do the following.- reboot PC into safe mode        - generally you can do this by pressing F8 while the PC is rebooting.    - delete your current video card drivers    - reinstall <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&DisplayLang=en" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Direct X 9.0c</a>- reboot normally- reinstall the most current drviers for your video card- reboot PC again
