Game locked at "Receiving zone info" Will not launch

<p>I have had this issue while trying to zone in game for weeks now but this is the first time the game wont even launch</p><p>Was a hotfix attempted ?</p><p>Something is very wrong</p><p>Edit: None of my characters can enter game</p>

<p>I'm still not able to log into the Bazaar server on one of my accounts. </p><p>Still hanging at "Receiving zone info" and no ammount of waiting so far has gotten me in. Also still occasionally getting "There was an error that prohibited the server from letting you play." when I try and log in certain characters on that account.</p>

<p>I am having the same issue.</p><p>I have it on all 3 accounts and on 2 different computers from 2 completely different locations that use 2 completely different networks (one at home and one on campus).</p><p>Trevor, I appreciate your attempts to quash this bug, but I'm not sure your testing has given you an adequate sense of the problem.</p><p>I've been sitting quietly since the GU expecting you guys to detect and correct the problem, but I am beginning to think you do not yet perceive that the problem links 3 phenomena:</p><p>1) zoning;</p><p>2) the broker;</p><p>3) sending items to or receiving them from Live Gamer.</p><p>Because I usually run 2 or 3 accounts at a time, I have had ample opportunity to confirm that when one character on one account is stuck while zoning, another character on the other account WILL ALWAYS experience lag at the broker.  Another character on a third account will USUALLY experience trouble mailing things to the LG site or receiving things from the LG site at this time.</p><p>The delay can be 5 minutes to half an hour in duration, but when it's over, I will suddenly see my first character reach his new zone at the same time that I hear the "clink" of my coin being sent to the exchange and the "clink" of the purchase that stalled on the broker.</p><p>I'm not sure how you can be having so much trouble replicating this problem on your end.  Just log into the game and go from zone to zone.  I don't believe I've zoned more than 5 times in a row without the lag problem since the last update.  Or just try to buy things from (or load things into) the broker.  I get stuck selling and buying all the time.  </p><p>I can't help thinking that the root of the problem is the way the game authenticates the belongings of characters as they zone or when they make purchases.  I suspect this is tied to the recent change in shared bank space.  </p><p>As you continue to try to fix this, please check that the fix addresses ALL THREE of the issues listed above.  They are not 3 different problems.  They are 3 different symptoms of the same problem.</p>

The red Named Devs have stated that the issue was a database issue, so they have located the issue and are pushing fixes out.I did my testing on a  P4 2.6GHz with 1GB RAM and an ATI 9800I have created new characters on Vox and Bazaar. I started on the noob isle, and went on a trek to Gorowyn.  No Zoning Issues.  I spent time gather ing items, and putting them on the broker.  No issue there, besides the slight lag I get from working on a sub par machine.I cannot create a LG account; so I won't even try there.  Maybe that is where the issue is lying.  ************************************************** ****************Post your issues on the Bazaar/Vox thread so we can keep these issues consolidated and not have Devs running around through every thread looking for information. ********************************* *********************************
