because this character will ALWAYS be used to duo or group with my wife's Fury (I'll be in big trouble if I outlevel her ). She prefers healing to DPS so she is going for the Healing AAs in the Fury AA trees first so in effect I've got my own personal healbot . I've got some questions about the best way to use my AAs for this duo.

With the above in mind I was wondering if the Reaver line would be worthwhile as it mainly seems to be about increasing our self-healing which I don't really need to be too bothered about.

Do the self heals from reaver line add to aggro gain?

Is it worth the AA point investment for additional aggro from the self-healing and freeing up her to nuke more and heal less or would i be better off skipping the Reaver line completely and concentrating on Damage/Tanking AAs?

If I skip Reaver which would be the best order for AA placement, STAM or STR first - or something from the SK achievements?

I'm currently lvl 25 with INT 4-4-8 and STAM 4

Looking forward to any answers.

You have to, at the very least, max the AA that beefs up the blessing line, otherwise your wife will hate you. (She'll be spending all her time keeping you up.) I believe that is only an 8 point investment.

Let me put it this way, I duo with my wife's Fury with both a SK and Zerker, the SK needs the blessing line and taps to compete and indeed out-perform the zerker in duo situations. (We pull off some incredible stuff as SK/Fury that we can't as Zerker/Fury.) Reaving, the end ability, itself isn't very special but the AA that improves the blessing line is the best investment you can make in the SK tree.

I don't know Seamus, when I was level'ing up I pretty had my Templar which I was boxing full time. I RARELY used the blessing line because it's such a power hog. With Mastercrafted of the appropriate level, you're so overpowered that I find it hard to believe that any non box'd healer would have problems keeping you up. It was usually ... pull 3 or 4 quest mobs, group reactive, single reactive... repeat. If I had someone else playing the Templar that could properly debuff and help DPS, it'd be super easy. If anything just tell your wife go for max DPS if you can afford Mastercrafted (Harvest rares, learn Fallen Gate and RoV which you can easily invis and farm at lower levels as a duo).

SK = kill mobs before they kill you. Paladin = Bore stuff to death.

Int Line up to Max Crits

Sta Line for Hammer Ground + Max Melee Crits

Str Line for at least 1 point in the +Haste CA

Then down the Reaver tree worked great for me.
