this zoning b.s. is getting worse every day and you won't do a [Removed for Content] thing about it .if you want me to cancel my accounts i will do so.i heard there is another new game on the market that might wanna work harder at keeping there customers happy.i know i will probably get the standard response"we are working on the issue".i would like to hear some sort of time line when this would be fixed.just to see if i want to renew my subscription to this game.

I'm sorry, but technical support does not handle development issues and they really don't tell us when a certain fix is expected to go live. I'd love to assist you with this issue but we're really only equipped to handle issues that can be solved through computer/account modification.
