Spell haste item

Other than the blistered strand set pieces is there any fairly easy to obtain (non raid) options I can use? Any adornment or legendary items I can buy or quest for?It feels like I am casting in slow motion when I am not grouped with an illusionist.

Well, first off AGI line gives spell haste. There is a new MC robe that gives +5% spell casting haste. Nightblack hood in Seb - 5%Diviners Sash of Alacrity (some JW merchant) - 2%symbol of the eaten - 2%Orb of Oblivion (dominus mobs, tradable) - 2%probably some others, but thats off top of my head.
