Everquest 2 isnt working, please help

When i start everquest2 it usually does an update that takes a few seconds, but when i tried to get on today the update finished but then said "Download Cancelled" does anyone know what to do??   <img src="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/images/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />
