CPU vs GPU upgrade.

You will probably see a bigger improvement by upgrading your CPU.  While Everquest 2 is not designed to utilize multiple cores, the higher clock speed and larger L2 cache should make a significant difference.  The improvement would be even greater if you tend to run a lot of background applications with your game because of the multi-core design.
