I really do, absolutely love it. Sure, we get our funks every now and then and hit a block, but there really is nothing more satisfying as a signature artist than seeing someone proudly displaying your work. I offer a free signature and graphic service to the community, but donations - either in-game coin or via PayPal - are always appreciated. A re-introduction:Hello, signature community!I used to be an artist here, under the name "Kaeta" on the Venekor server. It's been about, what? Two years? And I'm back to EQ2 [Saeia / Wood Elf Mystic / Antonia Bayle] and sig/banner/background/etc. making. I'm also working on a website for my online art. Over the past while, I've deleted all the work I've done before so I can't post that for those to see, and really, I think that to be the better - My style has changed drastically since then, and I've learned some new tricks of the trade.So, to [most of <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />] those that I knew - hello, again. I made myself a new sig, and decided to match it to <a href="saeiasigs.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">my sig site</a>! This is how I picture my Mystic - Bright blue eyes and patchy yellow and white hair.As you can see, a lot of touch-ups have been made:<img src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk102/Saeia/Signatures/Saeia2-1.jpg" border="0" alt="" width="221" height="100" />(After I saw this, I forgot I darkened the white part of her hair to give it more definition when I made it white again. *hugs*I like both the signatures you made for yourself very much.The first one has real clean feel to it and the colors and the touch up you made to your character reminds me of something arabian. That might be because I have been spending too much time on Sinking Sands and Pillar of Flames lately though. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/499fd50bc713bfcdf2ab5a23c00c2d62.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />The blue one looks pretty good as well and has a more oceanic feel to me.

And then it morphed into something oceanic. But I liked it! I think it's because her breastplate kind of reminds me of mermaid scales too.<img src="http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk102/Saeia/Signatures/Aklund.jpg" border="0" alt="" width="500" height="150" />I actually had a request! I was very excited when I opened my inbox! This was a signature done for Aklund of the Antonia Bayle server (which I was delighted doing for a fellow AB-er!). His character was raised in the desert by dervish gypsies. I found a picture of the Sinking Sands cliffs, so I used that to reference the desert for him. Except I added a little bit of a dusty, worn feel to it and added my own fiery sky. <img src="http://eq2players.station.sony.com/images/en/features/sinking_sands/sinkingsands3.JPG" border="0" alt="" width="688" height="327" />This was the original image I used. So I added a symbol to represent his inner brawler, some fiery colors and wah-la! I made a siggy! YAY!*Editted to add that I tried to give his name a grain-y like texture to seem like sand. I forgot to mention that and I didn't want it to look like it was pixelated or anything.

Aklund`s signature is pretty cool. Very good choice of background. That and the color scheme makes it feel very warm, rough and powerful. Very fitting for a dwarf bruiser! <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

If you have a D.I.R.T.Y. excavation helmet or Toggery's Tinkered Helmet, you can equip it for more light and hide your helm... it still casts light.The environment can help with lighting. You get consistently good light in Shimmering Citadel, for instance.One thing I've wanted to do for some evil characters is find a place where there are the void beasts that emit shadows, and get pictuures with the shadows painting their faces instead of light.

Hair is normally done up in a bun decorated with ivy leaves. The shroud is called the veil of ivy in character creation. It's meant to help her blend in with nature, and somewhat looks like a butterfly.
