View Full Version : would it be wrong?
So as i am and always was a LoN loot maniac and i managed to collect everything they ever gave as loot in eq1 and when i switched for eq2 i traded all my eq1 loot for eq2 loot. Now in eq2 i have all i want but the cool mount and that's not a must and i am left with a lot of stuff that i have no need for since i already have it in game.So would it be wrong for me to sell that remaining loot for a few coins? I mean would never charge more than it would take you to actually buy the boosters in game and trade them for loot. For example a wine cart costs like 3 boosters(or more) last i checked and a booster in game is 4 plat(cheapest i ever seen) so i would sell that cart for way less than 12 plat...I just wanna know if it's wrong to do this. Just to make sure nobody misunderstands me : not for sell it for US dollars but for a few eq2 coins.Thank you.

Not at all. This is common practice, really. I see folks selling their LoN stuff now and then on my server. Just be sure to get the coin first, and trade them the items second, as there's no way to do a secure trade for both at once. Also, anyone you trade with will have to understand that they'll have to have purchased at least one booster pack to enable trading via LoN.
aye... that 1 booster will prolly scare away 70% of the potential buyers... (and the 30% left will be scared away by the fact that i am a newb and i am asking for money up-front...) Oh how life sux... rofl thanks for the advice.
