Can't manage guild site due to error - since around Feb 2008

<p>I haven't been able to manage my guild's web site for several months now. I visit the guild site, log in, and then click Manage Site. I select which character to manage, and I get to the screen where you select Article Administration, Image Admin, Link Admin, Site Security and Design. However, any selection from this screen results in the following error message...</p><p>Unauthorized Access</p><p>Sorry, but you are not authorized to access the page you have requested.</p><p>If you entered the url directly into your browser, please check it and try again. Otherwise, your session may have expired. Please try signing in again.</p><p>Sign In</p><p>When I click Sign In, it takes me back to the screen where I select the character, and the process starts over again. But I still get the same error message when I select any of the administration options. I have had verious problems with the SOE guild sites before, but they usually get fixed after a while. However, this has been going on since around February 2008, and it's really getting frustrating not to be able to do anything with the site. </p>

Is there a different forum that I should have posted this to? I know I have seen other posts here regarding the same issue, but that was a month or two ago. (I didn't want to necro post, so I started this thread new.) Are other people still experiencing this? Anyone know if a fix is being worked on?

Sorry, no clue. Have you checked your subscription status to make sure you're still paying for the advanced guild tools? Failing that I'd contact customer service. You'd be more likely to get troubleshooting done that way, as opposed to just discussion on the forum.

We are seeing isolated cases of this happen to certain guilds but yes the best action would be to contact customer service so they can track down what the specific problem is with your guild.
