Cant purchase RoK

<p>Ive just returned to eq2 after a 6 month break.  I resubscribed using a new credit card and had no problems. Logged in ran around spoke with some friends, then camped out to purchase RoK.</p><p>I load lancher and click link to purchase RoK i select the details for my CC ive just used to subscribe.  When i click continue i keep getting a payment error.  Ive checked and theres plently of funds available on card.</p><p>Any ideas ?</p><p>Zekan</p><p>Runnyeye Server.</p>

Other then that you need to contact Customer service tomorrow - their hours are Monday-Friday 10 AM to 7 PM pacific

Yeah can't really help you out with billing issues in the tech forum <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Id check the billing address and zip code though.  Thats what mine was last time.  Actually I needed the zip+4.
