Can't log in !!!

Every time I try to log in the game I go to character select and Im missing toons,  when<i>  </i>I  try to log on one I get booted to desktop. This is a known issue since LU45 went in but no patch to fix as of yet this also has the loading issue in it tring to zone and you get stuck then have a hard time ever getting back in. I would like soe to refund my account fees as I pay to play not pay to sit on my butt looking at a error.
