When will service be restored ?

<p>I'm not interested in finding out what you have broken with this latest patch and I'm not going to spend my time helping you run tests to find out. What I want to know is when will this problem be resolved ? (what kind of time frame do you have for service effecting issues before you do rollbacks or fail over onto backup servers etc...)</p><p>I'd also be interested as to what compensation we will recieve for this outage/lack of service.</p><p>- Norrath goes quiet, very quiet (... again) as SOE drop another whopper on the servers - </p>

Was not aware of any "service outages", did a 5 and half hour raid last night with 0 issues. That chances are slim and none that they will be any form of roll back and slim's prognosis is pretty bad. If you are expierencing problems, it is always better to be accurate and concise on exactly what issues you are having

I'm sorry but the servers have been all up.  Can you be more precise on your issue? I will also say we do not generally give compensation for issues, but if you call us at 858-537-0898, our customer service can discuss this with you.
