Need some help getting in the game

<p>I haven't been able to get into the game since the patch.  It gets me to the "loading zone resources" screen and then crashes to desktop.  No errors.  This is for all of my toons.   Any ideas?</p><p> I've done a full file scan and I've deleted my cache and my UI.   No dice.</p>

Have you been able to power cycle your modem/router yet?

I power cycled my cable modem and my linksys router.   same issue still.   Crashes at "loading zone resources".   I've also removed my spyware and my virus protection.   Again, no dice.
