Corrupted Character (I think)

HiI just re-installed the game today. So theres nothing to delete or remove... as this was happening last time I had the game installed some months ago. I have this high elf wizard named Cyntharia. Whenever I login, and I get to the char-select screen, the game freezes up and the only thing I can do is restart the whole computer...

What do I have to do to get you guys to delete my character for me?! Do I have to pay you? ...oh wait, I already am...*Ive opened a support ticket detailing what my problem is, and I keep getting cut-and-paste responses. Its very annoying. I dont want to delete this or that file, I dont want to check my ping with tracert... I want the character gone! I cant do it. It crashes the system making static lines across my screen. >.< Irritatingly enough, If I choose this character for autologon, I can get into the game with her, but when I logout to character select, I get the crash again. >.<But to rehash the problem:Back before I quit playing, I made a high elf wizard named Cyntharia. I was on for a few minutes, got her to level 2. And then I either got booted or logged out (I think I was booted). So I started up the game again later on, chose the character to delete her, and then this cr*p started up. The other night, I had to manually restart the computer over 7 times trying to figure out how to delete this character. It seems to be stuck at some sort of half-logged into the game setting, because I can move around, and I can even hear the footsteps but the screen is all glitched-out. Alt-tabbing doesnt help, starting firefox doesnt help. All I can do is restart the comp.None of my other characters are doing this, I even made another one to try to replicate the bug/glitch/corruption. Nothing. So Im not interested in all the copy-pasta "solutions" that dont work...<i>*This sentence is rhetorical, dont answer it.</i>

Suspect it will have to be handled by CS of the GM's anyway

Technical support/Customer service cannot remove characters in game.  We can do billing and technical only.  Anything in game would need to be resolved by the In Game CS (GMs).Why don't you PM me your reference number and I will take a look at it for you.
