<p>What you may be seing is a bug in my eyes from before the LU, If the stun was resisted but the manadrain/dmg still hit, the icon stays in your maintained window, it is very missleading.</p><p>Or he was immune to stun, </p><p>Or its bugged</p>

it's a bug, the recast timer starts as it lands, not resisted. this bug gets me killed many times when i solo. most of the control spells have the problem... mobs still cast while stifled, or still auto attacks while dazed (and no not immune or resisted) /shrug

<p>Yeah I have this problem too.</p><p>buggs only with the solo stiffle et solo stun that damage the mob. Dysphorie still works fine.</p>

I've noticed this bug too, its pretty annoying <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

The bug with occassionaly failing (clipped) stuns exists since RoK. I made a thread about this some time ago and it became clear that basically all stuns from all classes are affected (I'm sure stifle is also affected and I think that any spell can "fall" into this gap elsewhere in the code. But it's best visible at stuns because a clipped nuke or dot has no big effect, a clipped stun has a big effect (mob comes to hit you although it should not move). Either the devs ignore it or they can't fix it. Lot of players said it could have something to do with RoK, spell tiers, immunities, resists and so on. But that's all not the case, it happens at any level or place in the game, any mob can be affected. I guess they have rewritten parts of the once fine working combat code what brought in the bug. Maybe they will rewrite this part of the code again with the next expansion without bugs.
