Returning to game, kind of lost and help appreciated! :)

Hey all, I'm returning to the game after a 1.5 year stint in EVE Online (which I still play) and I'm just kind of getting back in to the swing of things.<div></div><div>What sort of major sweeping changes did the Swashbuckler receive over the last year and a half that might be worth mentioning?</div><div></div><div>Also how viable is the Wisdom Spec now-a-days? Welcome back.I think the biggest  change for us was when they changed dw weapons to 1H weapons allowing us to dw two 1h weapons. This made dw specs just as viable as wis da specs in terms of dps. If you browse the forums you'll see a lot of arguing on dw specs vs wis spec. However the general consensus seems to be that dw gives the best dps unless you have a really awesome 1h weapon in which case wis will do more dps.I think at your level you might do better with a str/agi dw spec, but really, it's all about your play style.as for AA lists, thats just the amount of point suggested/required in each aa ability in order from top to bottom. So Wis 4 8 4 8 2 is: 4 points in fencer's Wisdom8 points in lunge reversal4 points in freehand reversal8 points in unencumbrance2 points in coule (thats how much it costs)for sta 4 sta 1 I think thats saying you could have Mercenary's Stamina at 4 or at 1. That or it's just a strange way of saying sta 4-1.
