Nothing surprising there. MMORPG customer support is the worst and even worse on european servers. And SoE is on the cutting edge of this. That is, blows the hardest. Heh.I don't know who designs your CS, but i suspect its a chimp or some chinese or indian freak with a totally warped logic.Don't try to fiddle with your own systems people. This one, like always, is totally SoEs fault.

It would be very nice to get any infos, when a server is 12h after a patch still not up, when it should have taken only 2h

I find this situation absolutely disgusting to be truthful. I paid good money to get transferred off Nektulos so I could play with people in my own timezone (I joined at US launch, when there were no EU servers) and I really wonder why I bothered. I mean, it's not like you can ever get to play the game as you can guarantee that if something is going to go [I cannot control my vocabulary] up, it'll be Splitpaw.

And the fact that there has been no official word on the cause is indefensible. I don't care what the time is in the US, if SoE can run a EU server, then they can have EU staff that can at least pay lip service to the people that pay their wages.

Shocking service, but thoroughly expected of SoE.

Have you done the standard resets and such after a patch?Power cycle your modem/router, and re add EQ2.exe to your firewalls. This is all old news after a patch, for those of you that have played for awhile. For you newer players it may be new info that is a good rule to follow. I can't express how many times I have spoken with customers over the phone who have the same issues you have, and a simple power cycle of modem fixes it.

I'm sorry to say that I don't have definite information on when the server will open. It is currently in a locked status, which means they're finishing up the internal testing and it should be available soon, but I don't have an exact time frame to give you.
