Server locations for german speaking customers

The two servers for german speaking players are located on different continents.Valor is located in Amsterdam and Innovation is located in San Diego.Non english speaking servers already suffer from problems due to translation problems which result in severe lag.On Innovation we get about 100ms additional lag caused by the hosting in San Diego.To put it in a nutshell: Innovation is currently the worst server to play on.Are there plans to move Innovation to Amsterdam?
