Guild Hall Access

I noticed when going through guild member accesses that there are three types of guild hall access to for guild members.  Has this always been there or should I be getting my hopes up that it's coming soon?

Don't get your hopes up just yet.  It was mentioned in the latest dev chat that they are on the horizon.  I expect them before the next exp pack.
