they are in the essential books IIRC when you reach the 3 level of each tier. I"m still trying to finish level 32 so I can get them for Tier 4

<p>I cant be certain but I think the original poster should have just said crafted arrows instead of master crafted arrows, since all crafted arrows contained in the standard WW books are designated as handcrafted i.e. ferrite field points.  Unless they are referring to the tenderwood arrows from EH.</p>
