card charged too many times

I tried to use the character transfer service this weekend.  several times, after putting in my credit card info, I was taken back to the beginning of the process.  Then I got 2 failed attempts (forgot to take items off the broker).Each email told me that my card was NOT charged, but the charges showed up.Since my card is a debit card, it takes the money right out of my account.  My account is now flat empty because I've got about 10 charges for $50 each from the character transfer service.will these charges get removed or do you really get charged for failed transfers?

You should definitely contact customer service for something like that. Unfortunately customer service doesn't police these forums you will need to contact them through the CS webpage or by phone.
