It's been bugged but figured I'd post as well.Minor Vigor and Minor Lucid both have their Adept 3 versions listing as level 3 craftable. It's a level 4 spell and the apprentice 4s are level 4 to craft but the adept 3s are wrongly listed and should be level 4 to craft as well.
